David Garate, DDS
Dr. Garate believes strongly that every day he practices dentistry and in life to bring the highest ethics to everything he does. He truly cares about understanding and solving the specific needs of each of his patients to ensure they are always comfortable and well taken care of.
He graduated at the top of his class at the prestigious UABC University, and his desire to learn new things to offer his patients superior service led him to participate in an International Dental program for two years at LaSalle University to enhance his practice of dentistry, where he also graduated with honors.
The professionalism that he dedicates to his work that he deeply loves, Inspired him to take advanced training in Implant placement, Guided Bone Regeneration, the latest in 3D computer generated Crown and Bridge restorations, Cosmetic Dentistry, 3D Implant and Orthodontic planning, Invisalign and Clear Correct 3D printing for dentistry. Dr.Garate takes great pride in continuing his education each year to stay at the forefront of dental technology.
On a personal note: He enjoys it the most when he treats his patients and gets to talk to them to understand their needs and respond to all their concerns about any necessary treatment.
Thanks to this innovative approach to dentistry, all his patients feel that they do not just talk to their doctor, but to a lifelong friend that will take care of them.
He has spent most of his life in San Diego and grew up in Chula Vista. He loves Italian and Japanese food. In his free time he likes to work out at the gym or outdoors to maintain an optimal physical condition. He also really enjoys music concerts with his lovely wife and long walks with his 2 dogs, walking along the beaches of San Diego and enjoying the wonderful weather. He loves a good movie at the local theaters with his wife, make sure to say hi to him if run into him.

Dr. Garate constantly studies the latest techniques and technology in dentistry to give you the very best results.
Myriam Falcon, DDS
Dr. Falcon has been practicing dentistry since 2006, along with her dedicated team in Chula Vista.
Dr.Falcon is a 2005 graduate of De La Salle University of Dental Medicine, and is Certified by the Dental Board of California as a DDS, she later studied a master’s program in Orthodontics at LaSalle University.
She loves to make people smile and this passion moves her to continue her education and learning in the most innovative techniques in Orthodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry.
“As a Dentist she sees many patients that in the initial consult are shy and do not like to show their smile, most of the time there is something in their teeth or mouth that they do not like. For her it is a huge personal and professional satisfaction to be a part in giving them a Perfect Smile with the Cosmetic and Orthodontic treatment needed, she loves seeing how their self esteem increases and she loves being a part of this change.”
Dr. Falcon believes strongly in the value of continuing education, and routinely participates in the American Dental Association’s Annual meeting and training courses.
Dr. Falcon moved to San Diego, she loves the peaceful and beautiful weather of Chula Vista; she enjoys music and spends her free time with her husband going to concerts.
